Your Intention: Nothing

Anything you think you need to do you don’t need to do. Wait, listen, sense what’s beyond thought. Wait for that intuitive moment to come. Where you’re going isn’t in front of you but lurking over to the side, just beyond the periphery of sight. Don’t bother turning your head. It will just move. See it with your heart.

Of course, we live in this fast paced, western world. From a very young age it’s pumped into us. What is your goal? Do you have a vision? You must lay out your objectives; have a plan; hit the mark. As you do things, perform actions, you look at results. Did you accomplish something? What have you achieved?

And, it has to be quantifiable, measurable, and describable. You did it so now you’re able! You have new skills, new capabilities, more knowledge. You got there because you worked hard, took notes every step of the way, participated in all the discussions, did the exercises. You were the perfect student.

So, I love you very much when I tell you that you must FORGET ALL OF THAT! :-)

All the doing is just more distraction. Trying to have the perfect experience by capturing your kundalini moment, spraying amrita on the wall across from the bed, or not spraying semen on the wall across from the bed is just keeping you from being you right here and now.

If you want to achieve something then hit the reset button. The only thing you need to do is show up. Just be here. Right here, right now, right in this moment. Listen to your breath and experience you, empty.

Love,

TL
